Ugh!

For the past several weeks, I have not been able to sleep at night. I am tired throughout the day- I NEED to do something.....what works for you? How do you get the sleep you need when you are having sleeping issues?

  1. i get anice warm bath an hour before bed I read a good book while in the tub then i get out put on nice pjs and cuddle under a blanket. while watching my favotie tv show

  2. Take some Tylenol or Advil PM - I've even taken Nyquil...Probably not the healthiest solution, but when you just need to fall asleep, it usually works. :o) Hope you figure out something soon - insomnia's no fun.

    You could always try and read those exciting anatomy books you've got from school...
